Slack isn't posting
Connection, channel selection, and the private-channel invite are the usual suspects.
- Not connected: confirm Slack shows as connected on the Integrations page.
- No channel selected: each study picks its own channel in its settings. No channel, no alerts.
- Private channel, bot not invited: for private channels, run
/invitefor the Candor bot inside Slack first. Public channels work without an invite. - Only test runs so far: test conversations never notify. Complete a real (non-test) conversation to see a completion alert.
- Waiting for a theme alert: each theme alerts exactly once, when it reaches 5 mentions. It will not re-fire.
The fastest check: open the study's settings and use Send test message. If it lands, the wiring is fine and the issue is one of the conditions above.
