Conversations and transcripts
Read any session end to end, including what the AI asked, why, and how fast.
The Conversations tab lists every session with its status and source. Open one to read the full transcript: each anchor question, each AI follow-up, and every answer in order.
Transcripts also include agent events: a behind-the-scenes log of the interviewer's decisions (probe, advance, or end), validation results, and response latencies. Test conversations are marked and stay out of your results.
Taking data with you
The study's Settings page offers three exports: Study transcripts (a ZIP of readable transcripts), CSV (one row per answer), and CSV with transcripts (one row per conversation).
