Study settings

• Study objective: edit the AI interviewer's briefing at any time.
• Project: file the study into a project folder. The dashboard can filter by project.
• Branding: use Upload logo to add a logo (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 512 KB) that respondents see instead of the default brand.
• Thank-you message: write your own completion-screen title and message, e.g. to mention a reward or next step. Leave both blank to keep the default. Write it in your primary language; it is translated automatically for any additional survey languages, and Use default brings back the standard message.
• Survey languages: set the primary language and offer additional ones. Respondents are matched by their browser language and can switch on the survey page; the interface and AI follow-ups use the language they answer in, and anchor questions are translated automatically. In the primary language anchors appear exactly as you wrote them, and results always show your original wording.
• Slack notifications: pick a channel to receive alerts for this study, and use Send test message to confirm the wiring.

Supported languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch.

Exports

• Study transcripts: a ZIP of every conversation as a readable transcript.
• CSV: one row per answer, for spreadsheet analysis.
• CSV with transcripts: one row per conversation, with the full transcript inline.
