Test drive
A special link for dry runs: works on drafts, repeatable, and never touches your real results.
Test drive on the study page opens the survey with a test token. Conversations made this way are flagged as test data and excluded from results, themes, NPS, agent activity metrics, and Slack alerts. The link works even while the study is still a draft and skips the one-response-per-device limit.
- Open your study and click Test drive.
- Run through the survey as a respondent, try different NPS scores to see each follow-up branch.
- Review the conversation in the Conversations tab (test entries are marked), then go live when it feels right.
