Ask questions about your study in plain language and get grounded, cited answers.
On the Results tab you can ask things like "What do detractors complain about most?" or "Did anyone mention onboarding?". The answer is grounded in your study: the objective, NPS stats for each anchor, all synthesized themes, and a pool of the 50 most recent answers.
Answers cite their evidence as [conversation #id] markers that link to the underlying transcripts, so you can verify any claim. If the data cannot answer your question, it says so plainly instead of guessing.
The evidence pool covers the 50 most recent answers. For older or aggregate patterns, lean on themes, which are built from all completed conversations.
