Slack notifications
Completion alerts, a one-time theme alert at 5 mentions, and an agent degradation warning.
Connect Slack on the Integrations page, then pick a channel per study in that study's settings. Use Send test message there to confirm the channel works. Three kinds of messages are sent:
| Alert | When it fires | What it contains |

| Completion | Every time a respondent finishes (non-test only). | Study name, NPS score if any, the source ref if present, duration, and the strongest quote from the conversation. |
| Theme | The first time any theme reaches 5 mentions. Fires exactly once per theme. | The theme's name and a heads-up that it is gaining traction. |
| Agent degradation | When the AI interviewer's live failure rate reaches 50% or more across at least 5 calls within an hour. | A one-time warning so you know follow-ups are falling forward more than usual. |
Test conversations never trigger notifications.
Posting to a private channel requires inviting the Candor bot to that channel in Slack first. Public channels work without an invite.
