Website prompts aren't showing

Verification, path patterns, study status, and the once-per-browser rule cover nearly every case.

Site not verified: prompts only serve on verified websites. On Integrations, check the site shows Verified, not Waiting for snippet. If not, install the site's snippet and load a page on that domain once.
Path pattern doesn't match: an exact pattern like /pricing only matches that page. Use a trailing * (for example /pricing/*) for everything underneath, or clear the path to show the prompt everywhere.
Already shown in that browser: each prompt appears once per browser. To see it again while testing, clear the site data for your domain or open a private window.
The study is not live: prompts stay silent for draft and closed studies.
Snippet installed on a different domain: the snippet must run on the same origin you registered (for example www.example.com vs example.com are different).
