Team and invitations
Invite by email, access is claimed at first login. One owner, who cannot be removed.
The Team page lists everyone with access. To invite people, enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas) and click Invite. Invitees appear with an Invited badge and their invite date until they log in; active members show their joined date.
Candor does not send an invitation email. Share the app link yourself; when the person logs in with the invited email address, access is granted automatically.
Roles and removal
- The workspace has one owner (marked with a crown): the first person who ever logged in. The owner cannot be removed.
- Everyone else is a member with the same day-to-day capabilities.
- Any member can invite others, remove members (except the owner), and revoke pending invitations.
