What respondents experience

One question at a time, no account, no forms, usually done in a minute or two.

Opening a study link starts the conversation immediately: no account, no consent form, no email gate. Questions appear one at a time with a slim progress bar on top. Follow-up questions from the AI are labeled as such, so respondents always know why something extra is being asked.

  • NPS questions are a row of 0 to 10 buttons. The row is fully keyboard-accessible: arrow keys move along the scale, Home jumps to 0, End jumps to 10. Links from email campaigns can arrive with a score pre-selected, needing only a Confirm tap.
  • Multiple choice shows lettered option buttons; one tap answers.
  • Open questions accept up to 5,000 characters, stored verbatim.

If a follow-up is warranted, it appears within moments; if the AI cannot produce one quickly (it has a 3 second budget), the survey simply moves to the next question. Respondents never see an AI error or a stuck spinner. The interface speaks the study's language (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Dutch), and when a study offers several languages, pills at the top let respondents switch before they answer the first question; questions and follow-ups then arrive in that language. When everything is answered, a short thank-you screen ends the session.

Test drive links run the exact same experience, but everything submitted is flagged as test data and kept out of the study's results.
