Email campaigns
Candor generates an email block for your first question: score or answer buttons that pre-select the reply, or a start button for open questions.
The Start in email card on the Recruit tab generates a ready-to-paste HTML block for the study's first question, built with table markup that survives email clients. An NPS question becomes eleven buttons, 0 through 10. A multiple choice question becomes one button per answer option. An open question gets a single button that starts the survey.
Score and answer buttons carry the reply into the survey link. When a recipient clicks "8" or an option, the survey opens with that answer already selected and a Confirm button, so answering takes one click in the email and one on the page. The conversation then continues normally with follow-ups and your remaining questions.
- Open the study's Recruit tab, set a Source label so email responses carry their own ref, and copy the email block.
- Paste it into your email tool's HTML editor and send.
